at the end of the month i will be depleting my puppy fund, along with some meager savings accounts & a cd that matures on 9/27 (woo $53!), in order to pay my car insurance. even then, it won't quite cut it, but if i mail the check due on 10/3 so that it arrives after the first and my once a month paycheck has been deposited, i think i may be okay.
it would be much more detrimental to put it on my credit cards, which i have been working so hard to finally pay them all off.
*sigh* bye-bye puppy fund.

nevermind, because apparently my bank account is already overdrafted before the 15th of the month and i only get paid on the first.
You didn't have to use the cc? As long as you can avoid that, I think you are doing well. The cc is how Tom and I ate this week.
now that the ol' bank account i overdrafted with 3/4 of my month/paycheck yet to stretch, i will unfortunately be using one of those cc convenience checks for my car insurance & like for some groceries. rargh!
